Warm Weather! Warm Welcome!

Off to the MTC and the Beginning of Something Special We got up early and drove down to Provo and checked into the MTC.  It was very fun to sign in and get our name tags then off we went to our first meeting and getting to meet a lot of new people. We had a blast with these people and they are all really nice! The Patterson’s The Peck’s The Gibbs ’  and Us               Florida           England          Texas         Guam After a short time we felt like we have known them for a long time.  We loved learning from their experiences and all of our different perspectives.   Our classes focused on the doctrine of Christ. Good Food.  Good Friends.  Good Times. The Van's - It’s time for a new adventure

We hear that blogging is a great way to tell your story.  Yet this feels very intimidating and like we might reveal TMI (too much information) but since we are going on a mission and want to share our experiences with our family and friends we will give it a try.  Besides it looks like it could be fun and we are always ready to have a little fun - so here's goes... Saying good bye is difficult but our kids sent us off with the best farewell party! We will miss our family 16 grandchildren, 4 married children, Greg’s mom, lots of brothers, sisters and friends so much but we have prayed about this and know it is the best thing we could possible do right now in our lives.   And we are ExCiTeD!
